VitalSheets enables users to synchronize their Fitbit data with Google Sheets for personal data tracking and analysis. The App facilitates the transfer of specific Fitbit data points to a designated Google Sheet in real-time as the user interacts with the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use VitalSheets. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. User Accounts

5.1 Registration

To use VitalSheets, you may need to create an account by providing your full name, email address, age, and gender. Accurate information is required for account setup.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

6.1 Data We Collect

• Personal Information: Full name, email address, age, and gender.
• Fitbit Data: Health and fitness data accessed through the Fitbit API, which is transmitted directly to your Google Sheet.

6.2 Data Usage

• Personal Information: Stored securely in our database for account management and communication purposes.
• Fitbit Data: Not stored by us. Data is transmitted in real-time from Fitbit to your Google Sheet as you use the App.

6.3 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6.4 Third-Party Services

VitalSheets integrates with Fitbit and Google Workspace services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Compliance with Fitbit and Google Policies

7.2 Google Workspace Policies

As VitalSheets is published on Google Workspace, we adhere to all Google Workspace policies, including data security, user privacy, and app functionality standards.

You agree to use VitalSheets only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that the data you input and synchronize is accurate and up-to-date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitalSheets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VitalSheets and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted within the App. By continuing to access or use VitalSheets after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
